We are looking for a qualified Digital Marketing Manager to take the lead in developing successful, long-term digital marketing strategies for our company.


As a Digital Marketing Manager, you should have in-depth marketing experience and a passion for digital technologies. You will work closely with different teams to ensure consistency through all digital marketing channels. You should also provide forward-thinking ideas to build and maintain a strong company web presence.


Ultimately, you should be able to drive all digital marketing efforts to achieve our business objectives. You must have a knack of marketing - understanding and putting yourself in the shoes of consumers - have experience with overseeing, running, and optimising marketing funnels, have experience with planning, designing, and implementing digital campaigns , and have an excellent understanding of how different digital channels (ie paid media, organic, social) relate to customer conversions.

Responsibilities:

  • Help build our digital marketing acquisition roadmap, specialising either in campaign management, copy, project management, customer success, or product specs. Some possible responsibilites are listed below :
  • Generate new digital marketing strategies to position education products to various segments of the consumer education market
  • Manage all digital marketing channels (e.g. website, blogs, emails and social media) to ensure brand consistency
  • Measure the ROI on digital marketing campaigns
  • Develop specific campaigns to create and maintain high levels of customer interaction
  • Manage and improve online content with a laser-focus on organic traffic and organic conversions
  • Forecast sales performance for new potential products and act proactively to increase our qualified lead-generation for new products
  • Liaise with Product, Marketing and Sales to increase client conversion and lead generation through digital marketing campaigns
  • Expand our presence on digital acquisition channels
  • Monitor competition and provide ideas to better differentiate our product suite in a global competitive environment.
  • Requirements

    Essential

  • 2+ years experience working in digital marketing and acquisition strategies, and the optimisation of these strategies
  • A knack for empathising with the customer to understand push and pull factors and integrate that into marketing campaigns
  • A creative and problem solving attitude
  • Demonstrable experience in designing and implementing successful digital marketing campaigns
  • Strong understanding of how all current digital marketing channels function
  • Solid knowledge of online marketing tools and best practices
  • Hands on experience with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics and CRM software
  • Familiarity with web design , copywriting, and brand design
  • Excellent analytical and project management skills
  • Excellent team management and communication (written and verbal) skills

    Advantageous
  • 5+ years experience working in digital marketing and acquisition strategies, and the optimisation of these strategies
  • Experience leading marketing teams with 4 + direct reports
  • Experience in hiring copywriters, designers, marketing managers, and paid media specialists
  • Degree in Marketing, Digital technologies or relevant field
  • Experience in Education Technology
  • Experience in software development - 1+ years of programming experience in a modern stack
